NOCCOA Friendly Visitors

NOCCOA is initiating a Friendly Reassurance Visitor program using trained volunteers to visit older adults that may be isolated in their homes, provide companionship and a relationship link to our community services that an older adult may need.

Telephone Reassurance

NOCCOA staff and trained volunteers can arrange a schedule to touch base by telephone with an older adult to make sure they are comfortable and doing well. Should an issue arise, older adults may be referred to case coordinator or emergency contacts will be notified.
