Ages: Men's and women's 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, etc.

1. S wimmers must provide their own suits, caps, goggles and towels.
2. Events will include 50, 100, 200 and 500 yd freestyle, 50 and 100 yd butterfly, 50, 100 and 200 yd backstroke, 50, 100 and 200 yd breaststroke and 100 yd IM.
3. S tarts: Forward starts may be taken from the starting blocks, pool deck or push off from the wall. The backstroke is taken from the pool wall. One false start allowed.
4. Turns: At the turns of the breaststroke and butterfly, both hands must touch simultaneously; backstroke – touch with any part of the body while still on your back.
5. Finish: freestyle – touch any part of the body; breaststroke and butterfly – touch with both hands simultaneously; backstroke – touch any part of your body while still on your back.
6. Watches or pacing devices will not be allowed while swimming.
