Personal Care

Under out Home Services program, individuals needing personal "hands on" assistance with bathing, showering and/or dressing may be eligible for personal care services as part of an overall care management program. Clients, depending upon income guidelines, are responsible for contributing toward the per hour cost of services.

To receive personal care services, case coordinators will visit the home of the older adult and assess their needs to provide maximum comfort within the services provided by the agency.

Depending on income, clients may be asked to contribute to the cost of their service.
